The recommended arriving airports are Rio de Janeiro International Airport or Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport. A shuttle service from these airports to the venue will be provided for the delegates (see details in shuttle service). If you arrive at other airports, a connecting flight to one of these airports is recommended.
SHUTTLE SERVICE (RESERVATION IS REQUIRED)
A shuttle service will be provided for the delegates (in a pre-set schedule) from Rio de Janeiro International Airport or Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport to the symposium venue on October 18, 2015 and from the symposium venue to these airports on October 23, 2015. We recommend that delegates use this service, as getting to the venue using public transportation takes longer and requires stopovers. The bus trip takes about 3 to 4 h, depending on the traffic.

Suggestions for your packing list
In such a tropical and natural environment, sometimes mosquitoes may be an annoyance. Pack your preferred insect repellent lotion. Don’t forget your sunscreen lotion, hat and sunglasses (and a rain coat, just in case). A light jacket or cardigan for the evening is suggested as temperatures may drop slightly.
